1. About these terms

This website is operated by Empire LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Avely ("we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the store for any illegal purpose, to break any law, or to interfere with how the store works (for example with viruses, bots or attempts to access accounts that aren't yours).

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and sizes may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product availability can change at any time. If a product isn't as described, our Refund policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency (Canadian dollars, US dollars, euros or Swiss francs). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if a price was clearly displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

If you send us a review, a comment, a photo or a suggestion, you allow us to use it, edit it and publish it on our store and social media, without payment to you. You agree that what you send is your own, is truthful, and isn't illegal, offensive or misleading.

The texts, images, videos, logos and design of this store belong to us or to our partners. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

9. Links and third-party services

Our store may link to websites or use services run by other companies (for example payment providers and carriers). We aren't responsible for their content or practices; please read their own terms.
